Updated 05/08/2020
We will resume normal FAA medical certication examinations effective immediately.
As some of you know, I am presently commuting between southern Indiana and Brainerd.

Because of this I am doing flight physicals on the weekends and will be happy to do them on Saturdays and Sundays. I expect a much more normal schedule starting July 1. For now, those wishing a flight physical please email me at n1904f@protonmail.com, text or call me at the number in the FAA directory.

Expected Schedule: May 2020: May 9-10

May 23-25 (Memorial Weekend)

June 2020: June 13-14

July 2020: Regular Daily appointments and walk ins please call in advance. See FAA Directory for the telephone number at FAA AME Look up , select AME for designator type and Walter Roberts for AME.

Interim For Those Who Presently Have an Airman Medical Certificate Wishing to Renew

The FAA has stated that for Airmen whose Class I, II or III medical certificates were valid and unexpired as of March 30, 2020 it will permit them to continue to fly on those certificates until June 30, 2020 and will not bring any enforcement actions for expired medical certificates.

FAA Docket No. 2020-0312, issued March 31, 2020, states that the FAA will not take legal enforcement action against any person serving as a required pilot flight crewmember for flight engineer based on noncompliance with medical certification standards (FAR Part 61), when the certificate expires from March 31, 2020 through June 30, 2020. Those airmen whose certificates expire in March, April, May or June, 2020 may continue to fly on an expired medical certificate through June 30, 2020.
